As the primary audience of cultural establishments, young people have a significant place in the cultural policy led by the Prince's Government, which aims to be rich in discoveries and exchanges. The wide range of cultural activities offered to them in the Principality plays an essential role in their development, allowing them to enhance their creativity, sensitivity, and open-mindedness, stimulate their imagination and boldness, encourage sharing, and help them understand other cultures.

Among all the northern tales, there is one that is not very well known but very beautiful, which inspired the Russian composer Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov to create his most beautiful opera: *Snegourotchka*.The Fairy Spring and the Snowman Winter had a daughter, Snegourotchka, a girl made of snow, delicate and of great beauty but very fragile. She must be protected at all costs from the vengeance of the sun, whose slightest ray could cause her to melt.Despite this terrible threat, Snegourotchka persuades her parents to let her live among humans, where her icy, snowy heart can finally open up to feelings. What will happen to her among humans? Who will be able to ignite the flame in her heart?
