A nod to poetry, an art for which Pierre Boulez developed a particular affinity and which he conducted the works of two composers on numerous occasions: Claude Debussy and Maurice Ravel. An anthology of their melodies will be performed by two long-standing collaborators, the bass-baritone Vincent Le Texier and the pianist Ancuza Aprodu.

Pierre Boulez, founder of Ircam (Institute for Research and Coordination in Acoustics/Music), was a master of ‘mixed music’, which combines instrumental and electronic sounds. This concert echoes this facet of his personality, with two major works combining piano and electronics, Soli by Yan Maresz and Das Wohlpräpartierte Klavier by Philippe Manoury, performed by Jean-François Heisser on the keyboard.
