Online registration open for Pass’Sport Culture 2024-2025

The Prince’s Government wishes to inform Monegasque citizens, residents and parents of children between the ages of 11 and 25 attending a school in Monaco that it is now possible to register for the Pass'Sport Culture for the 2024-2025 school year via the new dedicated online service at loisirsdenjs.gouv.mc.

Pass’Sport Culture was developed by the Department of Education, Youth and Sport in partnership with the Department of Cultural Affairs and a number of non-profit organisations in Monaco.

The new digital version was made possible by the Interministerial Delegation for Digital Transition as part of the Extended Monaco programme.

The scheme aims to promote culture and sport among young people in the Principality by providing access to a wide range of activities and reduced rates on admission to local museums during the school holidays.

Registration procedures

If you have already registered at the Prince Albert II Leisure Centre or for a Pass’Sport Culture, you already have a personal account:
Log in to your personal account on the loisirsdenjs.gouv.mc website using your username and password. Click on "Pass’Sport Culture" and follow the step-by-step instructions to register.

You do not have a personal account:
If you do not have an online account, a paper application must be submitted at the office of the Academic Counselling and Education Resource Centre (CIEN).
Once the registration has been processed and approved by the relevant authorities, beneficiaries will receive a membership card for the current school year. They will be able to enjoy a rich and varied sports and cultural programme during the school holiday periods.
The activity programme will be published online two weeks before the start of each holiday period. Cardholders can sign up for activities on site at the CIEN as well as by telephone or email.

A paper application remains available for those who cannot access online services and can be picked up at the CIEN or upon request by email passsportculture@gouv.mc.
