A lover and enthusiast of classic cars, Prince Rainier III amassed an impressive private collection of vintage vehicles over more than forty years.
He has collected and restored around 100 cars, a broad cross-section of models built by the leading manufacturers in the United States and Europe: "This is not a car museum, but a personal collection of classic cars of all ages and from all countries. Popular or prestigious, they have left an indelible impression on their era, and on me".
Prince Albert II has continued to enhance the private collection started by Prince Rainier III.
