Few are the authors whose name is as renowned as the works they have created. Even rarer are the poets who have managed to capture the voices of their native land and make them resonate in the hearts of people across the world. Marcel Pagnol is one of them.Through his words, Provence acquired its noble standing far beyond the borders of these sun-scorched territories, where joys overflow as much as sorrows do.This performance takes the form of a musical reading imagined by Nicolas Pagnol, drawing an intimate and passionate portrait of the artist Marcel Pagnol, who wrote of love with the talent of those who have lived it.Carried by the sun-bright voice of Vincent Fernandel, Pagnol's words meet the poetry of compositions by Franck Ciup, in a setting woven from excerpts of celebrated works and personal correspondence.

This summer, for one evening, Vincent Dedienne and Camille Chamoux, two essential figures of stage and cinema, will pause at Fort Antoine. There they will share with sincerity their doubts, their vulnerabilities, and their deep attachment to others, through confidences that are both intimate and generous. A musical reading that proves to be a true gem, blending refinement, humour and genuine artistic complicity.Camille Chamoux and Vincent Dedienne met on the set of The Flame by Jonathan Cohen and have not parted since.
