Her work spans literature, philosophy, neuroscience and psychoanalysis, earning her prestigious distinctions including the International Gabarron Prize for Thought and Humanities, the European Essay Prize from the Charles Veillon Foundation, the Literature Prize from the American Academy of Arts and Letters, and the Princess of Asturias Prize in Spain. Over thirty years, he has developed a body of work of great refinement, combining imagination and expressive intensity. Active across many fields, he writes for orchestra, soloists, voices and chamber ensembles, while creating albums that blend pop and experimental music. He also composes for film. Recognised for his talent in conveying contemporary creation to a wide audience, his online publications are consistently followed by a large, loyal and enthusiastic following. He is frequently invited to teach throughout Europe. He has been a member of the Musical Advisory Board of the Prince Pierre Foundation of Monaco since 2018.
